2. Non-Refundable Services

- Custom Design Work: Once custom designs have been started or delivered, they are considered non-refundable, as the creative work is unique and tailored to your specifications.
- Revisions: Charges for revisions beyond the agreed scope of work are non-refundable.
- Paid Consultations: Any fees paid for design consultations or meetings are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of the payment date. Please provide the following information:
