Our graphic design services are billed according to the pricing structure outlined on our website or provided via direct communication. All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Graphptv LLC reserves the right to change the pricing and payment terms with prior notice.

Data and Content Management

You retain full responsibility for the content and materials you provide for design purposes. Graphptv LLC will not actively monitor your content, but we reserve the right to reject or modify content that breaches these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

Account Security

While Graphptv LLC takes reasonable measures to secure your design files and personal information, you are responsible for safeguarding the security of your accounts and any login credentials associated with our services.

Design Outcomes and Revisions

Graphptv LLC strives to deliver high-quality designs that meet your expectations; however, due to the creative nature of our work, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Revisions will be accommodated according to the scope of the agreed-upon project, and additional charges may apply for further revisions beyond the original agreement.

Account Termination

Graphptv LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to services at any time, without notice, in case of any breach of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Confidentiality Assurance

Any confidential information exchanged between you and Graphptv LLC will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your prior consent, unless required by law.
